How To Book
Riding Lessons Online
Please note that all riding lesson bookings can only be made online.
If you haven't made any bookings with us before then you will need to register on our booking platform first before been able to book or view any lessons or activities.
Please see the following information below on how to do this.
Steps To Register
1. REGISTER
Firstly you will need to register on our booking platform to set up an account.
You can use your account to book all lessons or activities. You can cancel or change your booking through your account and also
Buy gift vouchers.
2. VERIFY EMAIL
Once you have registered, you will then be sent an email to verify your email address.
Please check your spam if you do not receive this.
3. ADD RIDERS
Once registered you will then need to add a rider to your account to book lessons.
You can add multiple riders from the same family to one account.
If you have riding experience but have not had past lessons with us please give an accurate account of experience as we will be grading riders based on the information provided.
4. RIDER GRADING
When you have added riders to your account they will then need to be graded by CE in order for you to see lessons available to book.
We aim to do this asap but please do allow 24 hours for grading.
5. READY TO BOOK
Once graded you can then book online or through the app ECPro
You will only be able to view lessons suitable for your level so there's no need to worry about booking unsuitable lessons.
To book search by date and select either group or private lesson to book individual lessons or course to book the full term
or activities for our "Own a pony experience" or camps.
