Children & Adults will learn under careful supervision
of Margaret Moran BHSAI or Emma Browne (HSI Level One Accredited Coach)
All Group Lessons are kept small with a maximum of 6 riders per lesson to ensure we can provide
a high quality of instruction and thus enable progression with our riders.

What You Need To Start Riding Lessons?
We do loan riding hats to beginners but All Level 1+ Riders must have their own riding hat and body protector
that conforms to the current Beta standards.
The use of Body protectors are strongly advised but are not essential to begin.
Long or Short Boots or wellies with a small heel are essential so your feet don't slip through your stirrups.
(Trainers are not safe and you will not be permitted to ride in them).
Suitable clothing must be worn Long trousers like leggings, breeches, or jodhpurs are ideal.
Please do not wear shorts no matter how warm the weather may be.
Do not wear loose fitting items like scarves or hoodies that could get tangled in the horse's equipment.
Most riders also find wearing gloves more comfortable and provide better grip on the reins.
Also remember to wear layers according to the weather.
